Episode 114: Edwin Santini [Global Impact – Part Four]
What is the impact of the arts around the world? During this mini-series, we are diving into conversations focused on the global impact of the arts. It is a joy to have Edwin Santini of Imaginare! Arts International join me for part four of this series!
Originally from Puerto Rico, Edwin and his family currently live in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he is a professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University. He and his wife Vilmarie have been involved with ministry through worship and the arts for over 20 years, and together they founded Imaginare! Arts International. Edwin shares about their journey and how they have witnessed God utilize the arts and worship to bring healing and revival across the globe.
With a vision for equipping and inspiring creatives, Imaginare! Arts International collaborates with other ministries, churches, and artists to create spaces for people to encounter God and to build up the next generation of creatives. Edwin shares how a heart of worship and excellence in our craft are synergistic, the importance of community for artists, and the value of the arts in ministry. I love his encouragement to steward what God has given us in each season.

About Edwin:
Dr. Edwin Santini and Vilmarie Degro united their lives and ministerial callings on December 8, 2001 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Both congregated in the Christian Family Church. From a young age they were involved in the Ministry of Worship and Arts, leading the Ministry of Dance for more than 20 years.
In 2005 they began to work on a new project that became one of the Institutional Ministries of the I.C.F., the School of Worship and Fine Arts (E.A.B.A.). For 9 years they were directors of E.A.B.A. in Ponce, PR.
They had the grace and favor from God to be able to develop the school internationally. Simultaneously they founded and developed the Creative Team of Imaginare! Arts. Through Imaginare! Arts International they had the privilege of traveling and ministering to different nations in Latin America and the USA.
In 2014, Dr. Santini received a job offer to work at Palm Beach Atlantic University located in West Palm Beach, Florida. After a process of prayer and search for the Will of God, the Santini family relocated to Florida, understanding that God’s call was to settle in that place. In this process, the vision of developing Imaginare! Arts as a ministry of international coverage and service through its three creative teams Imaginare!-Puerto Rico; Imaginare!-Florida and Imaginare!-Costa Rica.
Currently Edwin and Vilmarie with their two daughters, Emery Liane and Eliana Sofia, live in the city of Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
